Robert "B." Parker is dead
I read Taming a Sea Horse when I was eight and living on a houseboat off the coast of who gives a shit. I knew Parker as the creator of A Man Called Hawk and was hoping for something TV-like to remind me of TV. Sadly, the book was as boring as the fact it was a book implies, and from that day forward I never touched another Spencer novel or related product. I did, however, watch one of those Jesse Stone movies a few weeks ago, and I guess it was okay for what it was (emphatically NOT Magnum, P.I.). I suppose what I'm saying is, it'll be sad when the creator of Magnum, P.I. dies, because that show was awesome.
