Certainly by the time I killed Irenicus. The only thing that sticks out in my mind from that game was the Githyanki captain that I was FUCKING DESTROYING but who I couldn't kill because it was scripted that he beats me. Since that's the strongest memory of the game, you can imagine that I don't look back fondly at BG2 in general. Or often. But now that you mention the name Bodhi, I do recall that part.
