You seem to have a pretty good grasp of the Toronto real estate market, and buying during the price bubble is definitely one way to go about things. Or you can wait to see where the market bottoms out, which seems to be now. Or you can just give up on first world countries and prosperous cities because you can't handle it. Lots of options for everyone. You also seem to mention my car constantly, because it's an Audi. I hope no one mistakenly interprets that as jealousy!
