Your writing is very good and all and you mentionned this is only a small part of your duty, but all of this makes your reviews as a whole very unreliable and untrustworthy. I strongly urge your bosses/you to come up with a standardized reviewing process.

I wonder how people would feel if they knew Ebert saw only 1/3 of a given movie and then wrote a bad review of it.
