Say what you will about the unit balance, that game had the best original soundtrack of any video game EVER. I can tell if you're using a real horn section or using a casio, assholes, and a real symphony makes all the difference in the world, as Mercenaries recently proved. And thanks to the music being in direct CD tracks, I was able to rip them all and put them into HeroesOMM3 to enjoy the music without that RTS gameplay I despise.
So my question: does TA: Kingdoms have a comparable soundtrack in an easy-to-rip format as well? (CD or MP3) And are there any other old cheap games I missed out on whose soundtrack is synthesizer-free and really good? |
